Create a clock and use sculpty Maps in Second Life

 

Building a small pink very decorative clock for your living room, hand-painted motifs and embossed designs with a kitten in sculpty on the top.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tutorial: How use sculpty MAP on a prim

1°) Right click and choose Create
Select the Box then click somewhere in-world. It will create the object.

2°) You can change the size of your box:  
Edit your box and select the tab OBJET
Change size (meters)
X = 1.022
Y = 1.681
Z = 2.066

3°) Rez now 1 prim on the ground for the body
Edit your box and select the tab OBJECT
Change the type in ( Building Block type ) and choose Sculpted
then click in the multi colored sculpt texture (map) and search your map
the sculpty map is : MAP SCULPTY - cat-body or leg

4°) You can change the size of your sculpty:  the body from the cat
Edit your sculpty and select the tab OBJET
Change size (meters)
X = 1.210
Y = 1.045
Z = 1.274

5°) Rez now 1 prim on the ground for the leg (2 prim for 2 legs = duplicate)
Edit your box and select the tab OBJECT
Change the type in (Building Block type ) and choose Sculpted
then click in the multi colored sculpt texture (map) and search your map
the sculpty map is : MAP SCULPTY - cat-body or leg

You can change the size of your sculpty:  the leg from the cat
Edit your sculpty and select the tab OBJECT
Change size (meters)
X = 0.428
Y = 0.370
Z = 0.451

6°) Rez now 1 prim on the ground for the head
Edit your box and select the tab OBJECT
Change the type in (Building Block type) and choose Sculpted
then click in the multi colored sculpt texture (map) and search your map
the sculpty map is : MAP SCULPTY - cat-head

You can change the size of your sculpty:  the head from the cat
Edit your sculpty and select the tab OBJECT
Change size (meters)
X = 1.210
Y = 1.045
Z = 1.284

7°) Rez now 1 prim on the ground for the tail
Edit your box and select the tab OBJECT
Change the type in (Building Block type) and choose Sculpted
then click in the multi colored sculpt texture (map) and search your map
the sculpty map is : MAP SCULPTY - cat-tail

You can change the size of your sculpty:  the tail from the cat
Edit your sculpty and select the tab OBJECT
Change size (meters)
X = 1.210
Y = 0.934
Z = 1.274

8°) Change the texture in the tab texture
pendule-rose for all sculpted prim ( the cat )

Retrieve the picture to make your sculpty, click the right mouse button and choose "Save Image As

9°) Link all the prims when you placed the right place

Keep SHIFT key pressed down and click on all of the prims you want to join
all will be highlighted yellow once you click.
Once all are highlights yellow, press CTRL+L to link the prims.
Sometimes the server lags: but 1 prim, the last one you click will turn blue.
Otherwise, continue to press CTRL + L until all your prims are linked
